The state’s economic development arm has done a great job promoting the Digital Media Tax credits, getting a nice article published in Forbes calling them the “best tax incentives in the U.S.” and resulting in big wins for the state, including a $30M Electronic Arts facility in Baton Rouge and the potential for another video game studio in New Orleans.
