Louisiana Technology Council Seeks to Recognize Technology Achievements

This year, the Louisiana Technology Council (LTC) along with regional economic development organizations and various chambers of commerce throughout Louisiana will support  eWARDS. eWARDS is a celebration achievements from people across the state who has positively impacted technology in the past year. Winners in each region will compete midsummer for the Governors’ Technology Awards.  Regions participating this year include Shreveport/Bossier City, Lafayette, Baton Rouge and New Orleans. All nominations will be accepted. Award winners will be announced in each region on May 17th, May 24th, May 31st, and June 7th.

Applicants should be clearly based in Louisiana, with significant operations in the state. Supporting documentation is acceptable, such as press releases, biographical sketches, marketing or product brochures, annual reports, etc. The deadline for nominations are end of business for Shreveport/Bossier: 4/26; Lafayette: 5/3; Baton Rouge: 5/10 and New Orleans: 5/17.  Winners will be announced at the LTC’s Technology eWARDS Luncheon Gala on the dates and cities listed above.
