Stanford and Tulane Students Take Home Big Prizes at Tulane Business Plan Competition

The 2012 Tulane Business Plan competition wrapped up last Friday with major awards going to students of both Stanford University and Tulane University. Calcula, the Stanford team, took home the top prize of $50,000 for their kidney-stone related hydrodilation system.

Tulane’s ReactWell swept the $20,000 Domain Challenge award for their biomass to synthetic oil production system. Read more from our friends at NolaVie and check out pictures from our live tweets of the event below.
