AccelFoods is a New York-based food and beverage accelerator program that recruits participants from around the country, none of which are required to relocate because of the program. The New Orleans startup Be Well Nutrition, makers of the healthy lifestyle beverage ICONIC, is part of the most recent AccelFoods class.
ICONIC joins other companies including Four Sigma Foods, Evoke Healthy Foods and JJ’s Sweets Cocomels.
As part of a new partnership between JetBlue Airlines and AccelFoods, the groups will co-host a demo day on December 3rd in JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at JFK Airport in New York. The event will be a two-day interactive exhibit to showcase the participating brands.
“Our initiative with JetBlue provides great exposure for the entire AccelFoods portfolio, and is a unique opportunity for our brands to engage with consumers in a way that they have never done before,” said AccelFoods Managing Partner Jordan Gaspar. “JetBlue has been a tremendous partner for AccelFoods; offering our products at the Terminal 5 event and onboard demonstrates JetBlue’s commitment to offering their travelers the most innovative new food and beverage products coming to market.”
Next year, select flights will feature a curated sampler box from the accelerator program, featuring products from its portfolio companies.
