Millennium Healthcare Management (MHM) Urgent Care has the largest network of fully-equipped Urgent Care Centers in southeast Louisiana. The company, founded in 2006, now has 16 locations in the region after recently acquiring the East Jefferson Occupational Medicine Clinics in Metairie and Kenner and the St. Charles Occupational Medicine Clinic in Luling.
Every urgent care center is fully equipped with on-site laboratory, X-ray technology, and board-certified physicians in order to offer treatment for a wide range of injury and illness. This acquisition will offer thousands of employers in the state a centralized system for providing quality healthcare to their injured workers.
CEO Keith LeBlanc made it clear that the MHM Urgent Care Centers are not changing, only expanding, and the expansion will benefit everyone.
“MHM will now have the largest urgent care and occupational medical care network in southeast Louisiana and will be able fully utilize its expertise in employee-related injuries including the fields of toxicology, orthopedics, chemical exposures and epidemiology in the work environment,” said Dr. Gerald Cvitanovich, MHM’s Chief Medical Director.
