Richard Hanley is a startup food entrepreneur in Baton Rouge who launched the first Hanley’s Salad Dressing flavor, Sensation, in November 2012 with his company Hanley’s Foods.
Hanley’s Foods is an innovative, creative nature food company in south Louisiana. The increasingly popular company is launching its most anticipated product yet, a plant-based, allergen-free Ranch dressing.
“Our Ranch is 100% plant-based, but it doesn’t taste like it,” said Hanley. “We use peas to give us the exact same emulsion as a chicken egg, a combination of coconut and cocoa butter (from chocolate) to give us the velvety texture of buttermilk (which we dub as ‘Better Milk’), and a custom blend of spices that make it simply amazing.
Hanley says they have worked ridiculously hard on the new dressing and it will be coming out this November.
