The meetup is geared toward anyone who is currently working at a Software as a Service (SaaS) company in customer success or sales, who is thinking about starting a SaaS company, or who is generally interested in SaaS topics.
“For far too long, New Orleans has been without a place for SaaS professional to come together and discuss the challenges and successes of their businesses,” the meetup page explains. “The New Orleans SaaS Roundtable is an opportunity for you to meet other SaaS professionals in the city and to learn new ways to improve your business.”
Topics that will be discussed throughout various events include: churn, negative churn, SaaS sales, customer success, net promoter score (NPS), lifetime value (LTV), custom acquisition cost (CAC), channel partnerships, training and onboarding, driving up contract value, and hiring, firing, and building a team.
Organizers want to be clear that this is not a general entrepreneurship meetup. Since the group is specific to SaaS it will only be relevant to those who are familiar with and who are interested in SaaS topics.
