Sixth Annual Silicon Bayou 100 Now Accepting Nominations

The 2016 Silicon Bayou 100 is the sixth annual list of the 100 most influential and active people in tech and entrepreneurship in Louisiana. The list is compiled by you, the community, through an anonymous nomination process.

You are welcome to nominate as many people you can think of, including yourself, and be sure to include why you think the person being nominated has done something cool. You can do so by filling out this form. Doing something cool includes:

  • Launched the next big startup

  • Created an innovative product

  • Displayed leadership skills in tech or entrepreneurship

  • Funded some awesome companies

  • Provided above and beyond advice and mentoring

  • Supported and contributed to Louisiana’s startup and tech community

  • Accomplished something amazing–in business or in life

  • Donated significant money or time to a worthy cause

  • Etc. — You be the judge

Nominations are due by midnight on Friday, December 23rd, 2016 so hurry up and tell us why you or someone you know should be listed in the annual Silicon Bayou 100!

The official list will be unveiled at the 2016 Silicon Bayou 100 Release Party on Thursday, January 12th, 2017 at  The Warehouse in New Orleans from 7-9pm. Join us for a great evening of celebrating the movers and shakers in the Louisiana startup scene with complimentary drinks.
