Tech Conference on a Cruise Ship Leaves From New Orleans This Summer

From coworking spaces to convention centers, tech conferences happen in different locations around the world. Now, they even take place on cruise ships.

Introducing CoderCruise, an all-inclusive WebTech conference on a cruise ship that will leave from New Orleans in July.

“The tech scene has become saturated with hundreds of conferences that are all carbon copies of each other. The team at One for All Events decided to create a unique experience for attendees; a conference that would stand out from the crowd and get noticed,” shared Eli White, Vice President at One for All Events.

CoderCruise is designed to guarantee the best of the best in terms of networking and team building because attendees will be together for one week. The conference will take place on the Carnival Dream ship, traveling for seven days throughout the Caribbean with stops at Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. There will be three full days of the conference with other open days for attendees to explore and create their own trips.

“This event was planned during the summer so that attendees could bring their families,” said White. “Not only does the ship provide daycare and amazing activities for kids as part of the all-inclusive cruise ticket, but CoderCruise is extending free family tickets to anyone traveling with an attendee. These tickets not only allow the family to attend all aspects of the conference that they wish, but there are specific classes on the schedule designed to teach kids how to code!”
