Gotcha Covered is a Women-Owned Solution to HR Nightmares

New Orleans-based Gotcha Covered HR is a women-owned human resources consulting firm that stemmed from a mission to help local entrepreneurs and businesses succeed.

Founders Stefanie Allweiss and Patricia Pannell have networked at events held by Propeller, the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, and The Idea Village, among others, to help local entrepreneurs and businesses.

Former clients include the Angola Department of Corrections, the Louisiana Automobile Association and many others across all industries. “It was all so interesting because my clients were so varied,” shared Allweiss.

As their team grows, the four year old human resources consulting firm primarily targets small to mid-sized clients. Employee engagement expert Ray Lieber is also on the Gotcha Covered team.

Gotcha Covered works with clients to help with human resources needs such as updating policies and procedures, training employees, developing processes, coming up with communication tools for employees and employers, and more. “We can do just about anything that involves a workplace situation,” said Allweiss.

“It’s a people-oriented practice, not a one time thing. It’s helping clients really every single day with preventative measures to successfully run a business.”
