Global Fintech Company Joins the Louisiana Business and Technology Center

The Louisiana Business and Technology Center is a Baton Rouge-based organization that operates as a business incubation program providing management assistance, technology transfer assistance, resources and access to capital.

Financial technology company Meru Global Technologies is the Center’s newest tenant. Founded by LSU graduate Philip Capone, the company provides bespoke, confidential, internal investment process and human capital management services.

“Our primary focus is to engage with our clients to first understand their needs and constraints, and then serve as a fulcrum and organizational backbone for them to defend, sometimes reposition, but ultimately thrive in a rapidly changing operating environment,” said Capone.

The Louisiana Business and Technology Center is one of the top 10 entrepreneur programs in the country. “These relationships will create internship and employment opportunities for students, faculty and qualified graduates of LSU within research, data analytics and computer programming functions,” shared the Center.
