The Inc. 5000 is an annual list of the most inspiring entrepreneurs creating the fastest-growing companies in America.
Thirty three companies in Louisiana made the 2018 list, across industries including real estate, IT management, engineering, education, health, and more.
Twelve of the 33 companies have participated in Louisiana Economic Development’s Economic Gardening Program or CEO Roundtables, designed to help companies in state grow.
“Economic Gardening provides access to high-level marketing research to help companies increase and expand sales,” shared Louisiana Economic Development. “CEO Roundtables connect key decision-makers in a confidential environment that helps them to learn from the experiences and wisdom of their peers.”
Environmental services company Pelican Waste & Debris ranked highest amongst Louisiana companies on the Inc. 5000. The Houma-based company grew 1,559% over the last year with a revenue of $11.4 million.
