Strategy consulting firm Medora Ventures has been acquired for an undisclosed amount by two employees, the Managing Partner Scott Shalett and Public Affairs Director Jordan Mitchell.
Mitchell is the head of the New Orleans office and Shalett is based in the company’s second location in Washington, D.C.
The company has several purpose driven ventures, including Medora Capital, Medora Marketing, and Medora Public Affairs.
“Medora will continue to offer existing and new clients strategic consulting and services in public affairs, business growth, messaging and strategic development and will retain our offices in Washington D.C. and New Orleans,” said Shalett.
The company’s blog shared that Mitchell will be promoted to partner and lead the transportation growth and entrepreneurial division of Medora.
