The Baton Rouge Social Media Association (BRSocMe) is accepting nominations to honor the city’s best social media campaigns.
Nominate someone who is making a difference using social media by filling out the form here. Award categories include:
- Best in Baton Rouge
- Best mobile app
- Best source for local news
- Helping Hand and more!
The nominees will be announced Wednesday, January 4, and voting will take place January 5–15. The winners will be announced Thursday, January 26, 2012 during an awards ceremony at Boudreaux & Thibodeaux’s in downtown Baton Rouge.
Membership in BRSocMe is open to anyone who wishes to share ideas or advance their knowledge of social media and how it is used. Individuals who are already out in social spaces establishing Baton Rouge as a technologically advanced and forward-thinking city are welcome to join the group at monthly meetings.
