Louisiana startup and 2011 TechCrunch Disrupt finalist, InvoiceASAP is making a big announcement tomorrow during New Orleans Entrepreneur Week. A press conference will be held Thursday, March 15th at 5:00 p.m. at Launch Pad. The public is encouraged to attend and check out the latest slew of news coming out of one of Louisiana’s hottest startups.
There are a few mobile invoicing systems already on the market, but none as unique as InvoiceASAP. Every invoice can be created on the go because of its photo-and-cloud-based platform.
CEO Paul Hoeper, a former team member at the Receivables Exchange, started InvoiceASAP because he saw an opportunity in serving independent professionals. He notes that the target market is anyone on Angie’s List, from electricians to contractors to massage therapists and more.
Rumors circulating around the launch have primarily focused on mobile payments. InvoiceASAP may be taking on other popular mobile payment processing systems currently on the market that require separate hardware to charge customers.
