A Slidell based technology firm, New Millenium Designs, Inc. (NMD), recently announced plans to partner its technology platform with real estate firms around the world.. The company specializes in web-based software solutions, web development and e-commerce applications, graphics design, custom GIS solutions, flash multimedia.
One company product, eMerge has struck a major global partnership with real estate company Re/Max. The partnership will provide its realtors around the world a set of online marketing tools. As of now, the service combines e-mail, blog, and social media outlets for the agents. eMerge’s online marketing platform uses one convenient interface to help agents and brokers, “to be everywhere all of the time,” with minimal time and effort.
NMD Inc. will provide its eMerge product to the Re/Max in the 86 countries where it has agents. Natalie Guess, spokeswomen for NMD, said the service will be rolled out gradually to agents worldwide.
Guess said NMD is hiring more people in light of the expansion and partnership. “As technology partner, this is new for us because we’re actually an integrated partner,” Guess said. No financial information was disclosed about the Re/Max deal.
Re/Max has already used eMerge on a limited basis as has Keller Williams and the Canadian Tourism Commission. This new global partnership will help expand the power of all realtors using the eMerge platform and completely change the way real estate professionals communicate.
