The event will be held at the New Orleans Bioinnovation Center located at 1441 Canal St. downtown. Attendees will learn all about the new patent practices that should be used under the AIA.
The program information states, “The recently enacted America Invents Act (AIA) is the most significant patent reform legislation is decades. From now until March of 2013, the U.S. patent laws will drastically change, thus requiring inventors and businesses to reconsider their patent practices and strategies.”
