Three New Companies, Including One Anchor Company, Join the Louisiana Technology Park

Three new companies have joined the Louisiana Technology Park this week, the moves confirmed yesterday at a meeting of the Tech Park Admissions Committee. Overtime Software, Interior Web Design, and Teknarus are all newly on board at the business incubator based out of Baton Rouge.

Overtime Software provides technology solutions and software for athletic organizations, making it easier to attract top talent and manage current players and coaches. The company’s software includes OT Scout, OT Recruit, and OT Marketing. OT Scout consists of an iPad application, a web browser application, and a server database that stores the data and settings to help with scouting. OT Recruit is an app that launched last December, simplifying the process of entering prospect entries and managing various groups. OT Market helps organizations get their name out there via mobile applications, Facebook sites, coach website, and in-house presentations.

Interior Web Design is an ecommerce development solutions company that focuses on web design, custom software development, Magento development, and more general design and development for clients. According to the press release from the LTP, the company’s IWD POS software plug-in for the Magento ecommerce platform will likely fill a major market niche for small retail businesses with an online presence. While in the Tech Park, the company will develop a number of software apps as well as complete additional APIs.

Teknarus, which will be an anchor company at the Louisiana Technology Park, is a technology firm providing software development for both business and personal clients. In addition, the company provides database consulting, systems interfacing, hardware and software support, web hosting, and design and branding services. As an anchor tenant, Teknarus will be a mentor company to other startups and new additions to the Tech Park.
