Dinner Lab To Expand to Austin

Dinner Lab, the company which brings in up and coming chefs for a unique, public dining experience, has great news: after hosting the first official dining experience just a few short months ago, the company is already expanding to Austin.

Dinner Lab brings together food lovers, talented chefs, and off-the-radar venues, like abandoned warehouses and skyscraper roofs, for a unique dining get-together.  Co-founders Brian Bordainick and Francisco Robert might have found the perfect mix of what is on the menu and where people eat their food.  Austin is one of many cities that will love to have the company providing these dining experiences.

“It’s sort of like Fight Club meets food,” Bordainick tells food writer Susan Langenhennig, “but without the violence.” It’s a private dining club that is open to the public through a membership system which gives members access to at least 12 dinners a year.
