This Thursday, the World Trade Center (WTC) of New Orleans is hosting a Young Member Network event, giving an estimated 100 young professionals and students an opportunity to mix and mingle with members of the business community. The event will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Martine Chaisson Gallery.
According to the WTC, a goal for the event is for members to expand their networks and receive timely information that affects the state’s economy and various business industries. The event is for those who are under 35 to give them a voice in the organization.
Members of the Louisiana Consular Corps are expected to attend as well as a diverse, international crowd. The WTC has partnered with New Orleans Fashion Week on the event and they hope to showcase the role of non-traditional industries in Louisiana’s international business sector.
