New Orleans Entrepreneur Week was off in full force yesterday with 12 events throughout the day. The opening keynote Tina Wells motivated the crowd, #FailureFest took flight, Pierce Industries won the $50,000 at the Water Challenge, and Walter Isaacson discussed the future of entrepreneurship in New Orleans. Day 2 of NOEW will be just as busy with 13 events, including a food truck festival in Central City beginning at 5:00pm. The inNOLAvation Challenge kicks off at 10:00 am and the Downtown Nola Arts-Base Business Pitch follows after lunch at 1:30pm. See below for the additional public events and speakers.
