Silicon Bayou News and Launch Pad are teaming up to present an online pitch competition next Thursday, May 2nd, during Launch Fest.
Similar to last year, the competition will be opened on VoteIt.com, an online consensus-building platform and 2012 Ignition company. Anyone who would like to participate can pitch their idea through the platform by adding it as an option when voting opens. One winner will receive two tickets to Jazz Fest!
Online voting will be closed at 1:00 pm central. The winner will be selected from the online voting and will be invited up on stage to claim the tickets and give a quick elevator pitch if they want. You must be present at Launch Fest to win. Each winner will receive two single-day adult tickets to Jazz Fest. The winner will be announced at 2:30 pm.
