Proxus was founded in April 2012 and uses the latest technology to streamline and minimize overhead and operational expense.

365 Connect is an integration-friendly platform that interfaces with social media, management software, marketing platforms and other third-party applications. The company handles all issues the multifamily community faces.

365 Connect CEO Kerry Kirby said, “This custom integration with Proximity amplifies our message that we are the next generation platform for the multifamily industry, capable of not only marketing communities across the internet, but eliminating redundant marketing efforts and reducing operating expenses for our clients. We are proud to count Proxus among our growing list of clients.”

Charles Raffay, CIO for Proxus Management explained, “As part of this development we needed a leading industry partner who could help to automate our online marketing and leasing process. The 365 Connect Platform allowed us to completely eliminate the need for our managers or marketing team to spend time and money maintaining our online leasing activities. All they have to do is keep our property management software updated with accurate information and the interface between Proximity and 365 Connect does the rest. We have seen a significant increase in search engine rankings, inquiries and, most importantly, leases, brought about by our partnership with 365 Connect.”

“We are truly honored that Proxus has selected us to deploy our platform across their portfolio of managed communities,” said Kirby. “More importantly, we are excited to hear about the dramatic increase in prospects and lease conversions our platform is delivering. The 365 Connect Platform is built to reduce the workload of site staff, so they can focus on more important issues, such as serving residents and signing new leases. The custom interface between Proximity and 365 Connect does all the updating for site staff.  This delivers a new scale of efficiency and ease of use, which fits right into the goals of Proxus.”
