At 3:00 PM today, The Idea Village will kick off the 2014 IDEAinstitute curriculum, welcoming seasoned entrepreneur Michael Johnstone as the first speaker. Johnstone is a technology consultant at Mark Cuban Companies as well as a highly involved member of the Naked Pizza team.
The Idea Village will host weekly sessions, released on a rolling basis, through February 2014. IDEAinstitute will include workshops, panels, keynotes and networking events. As always, each session is free and open to the public.
Johnstone will be presenting, “Quieting the Noise: Realities Every Startup Needs to Hear to be Successful“.
Already over 75 entrepreneurs have registered for the event this afternoon.
“I am delighted to be kicking off the 2014 IDEAinstitute curriculum,” said Johnstone. “As an experienced entrepreneur, I know firsthand the importance of continued learning and connecting and think that this program is a powerful platform for entrepreneurial individuals to do just that.”
