Tonight (September 25th), for the first time, NOLA Meetup is partnering with with Tulane Entrepreneurs’ Association for an entrepreneurs workshop hosted at Tulane. The event will start at 5:30 PM, with a possibly after party immediately following the workshop (stay tuned!).
This workshop will introduce you to the practice of entrepreneurship. Attendees will learn techniques to find your business idea, or help others develop an idea, while also learning a basic model to follow that will take you from an idea to a product/service that customers want. By the end of this workshop, attendees will have been introduced to the framework used by cutting-edge startups worldwide and have started the process of developing an entrepreneurial skill set that will serve you in whichever field you choose to enter.
This event is the first in a series of workshops are designed to help you learn everything from formulating an idea to raising funding and acquiring potential investors.
