365Connect_Logo_2013_MEDIUMBOLDVERSION_FINALNew Orleans-based online technology platform for the multifamily industry, 365 Connect, has won the international W³ Award for their Mobile Leasing and Resident Technology platforms. The company received the silver level award from the International Academy of the Visual Arts, an organization that received thousands of entries for this year’s competition recognizing outstanding websites, web marketing, web video, and mobile apps created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.

365 Connect President and CEO Kerry W. Kirby said he thinks the award represents the entire technology community in New Orleans by, “sending a message that great things are being created right here in NOLA.”

“We were amazed at the caliber and quality of work we received this year. Our winners continue to push the envelope of Internet creativity and web design, and it is gratifying to see such great work from the smallest agencies to the biggest firms,” said Linda Day, the director of the IAVA.  “On behalf of the over 500 members of The International Academy of the Visual Arts, we are honored to recognize our winners as they continue to set a high standard of excellence for Web development.”

Kirby said, “365 Connect is proud to have its mobile technology platform recognized at the international level for making a difference in the market we serve. Our focus is to not only provide an exceptional experience for property management professionals, but for residents living in apartment communities across the country that utilize our platforms. This award demonstrates the capability of the 365 Connect Platform to rapidly evolve and grow to meet the changing needs of the multifamily housing industry.”

To date, 365 Connect has received a total of 15 technology awards, “and counting!” Kirby said. “We hope to keep bringing them home. This one is big, over 4,000 entries on an international scale.” Other awards the company has won include an array of MHN Technology Choice Awards across the last 3 years and the 2012 Louisiana Governor’s Technology Award.
