Local hub for entrepreneurship The Idea Village is hosting a special IDEAinstitute session featuring James Beard award-winning Chef John Currence, who is also a New Orleans native. “Tastes & Tales” from the Big Bad Chef’s entrepreneurial journey will take place next Wednesday, November 6th, from 5:00 until 7:30 PM at the Contemporary Arts Center.
Currence’s keynote address begins at 6:00 PM, but there is a paid VIP cocktail hour and book signing for those who want to meet the Big Bad Chef and receive a copy of his new cookbook, Pickles, Pigs & Whiskey.
