Local technology company, Zlien, provides an easy lien management services including electronic filing of mechanic liens, preliminary notices, bond claims, Miller act claims and more.
As a leader in lien and bond compliance, Zlien’s team is growing. The company has announced two hires, Madeline Fortino and Jake Kupperman.
Founder and CEO Scott Wolfe wrote the software to make filing a lien faster and simpler for both client and company.
“I’m excited to have Jake and Madeline on board as a part of zlien” said Wolfe. “They have been a great addition to our culture here already so far. With their help, we will continue empowering contractors and suppliers to receive payment on every project” Wolfe continues.
The company recently released the lien waiver management tool that generates, stores and transmits construction waivers. Both new hires will ensure that users continue to receive top level fulfillment and customer support, according to Zlien.
Fortino has experience in law and PR, which Zlien believes will be important assets to the company. Her attention to detail will help keep the lien compliance transactions completed in a timely manner.
Kupperman is joining the company as the Director of Retail Sales. From international ecommerce platform Rocket Internet to New Orleans-based Gentology, he has a load of marketplace and finance experience that will add to the Zlien team.
