ArcMail Technologies, Inc., an email archiving solutions company, recently announced its best year yet.
In addition to earning important industry recognition in 2013, including being named in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Information Archiving (EIA), ArcMail successfully increased its customer base by 50 percent since 2010 and reported that thousands of organizations across North America now deploy their solutions.
“By all accounts, ArcMail had an outstanding year, and in 2014 we will continue to focus on delivering the utmost in archiving innovation and customer service as we strive to give our customers the EIA solutions they want, the way they want them – whether it’s via an on-premise, virtual or hybrid cloud gateway appliance, or a fully-hosted solution,” said CEO Rory Welch.

The ArcMail Social archiving solution was added to the product line in 2013. Social was created to help organizations protect, organize and quickly retrieve valuable social media data.

In February 2013, ArcMail launched the Defender VM, designed to help IT managers optimize archiving in virtualized environments.

ArcMail also introduced new next-generation hardware for its appliance-based archiving solutions, delivering increases in processing power, memory and storage capacity.

ArcMail Hosted Archiving (AHA), a fully-hosted, fully-managed archiving solution featuring ArcMail’s industry-leading search functionality and one-click restore capabilities, was launched in October.
