NOLA Fashion Week

New Orleans is such an eclectic town filled with creative professionals and innovative designers. From March 2 -10, New Orleans brings together some of the most exciting designers, bloggers, stylists, photographers, marketers and entrepreneurs to describe the fashion culture of the Crescent City. With educational workshops, lectures and shows there are plenty of learning and networking opportunities to be had with this stylish and chic event. This event takes place all over the city, from Retail Shopping Day in Baton Rouge to the artisan showcase at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art to showcases at the French Market all designed to promote the creative and independent designers found in Louisiana.

YLCThe Young Leadership Council of New Orleans hopes to help coordinate motivated individuals into projects and committees aimed at improving the conditions and quality of life in the greater New Orleans area. One way that this amazing council finds funding is through Wednesdays at the Square, a really great city event held in Lafayette Square in the CBD every Wednesday for 12 weeks that features amazing food and some favorite local musicians performing. If you interested in sponsoring or having your company featured at the event be sure to get in touch with the YLC. You’ll find the usual mix of New Orleans business people, locals, tourists, vendors and other interested persons in the crowd.
