The company most recently announced that their Mobile Leasing and Resident Platform has received an IAC Award.

Kerry W. Kirby, CEO of 365 Connect, believes this is another major win for New Orleans, as the international awards brings more recognition to the city as a hub for innovation. “It proves to the world that great technology is build right here,” Kirby continued. “As a proud and loud New Orleans company, we build everything in house with our own staff, so this is a team effort to win this award.”

The award, produced by the Web Marketing Association, is considered highly coveted, honoring the organizations responsible for driving excellence in online advertising in a range of formats, including mobile. The company continues to dominate the multifamily housing industry in mobile technology, the fastest growing segment in the market.

The mobile phone turned 40 in 2013. In late 2013 the world hit the “Mobile Moment.” There are now as many cell phone accounts as there are people in the world.

Providing an entire lifecycle experience, the platform includes marketing, leasing and residents services from one single platform.

Kirby said , “Our focus is to not only provide an exceptional experience for property management professionals, but for residents living in apartment communities across the country that utilize our platforms. This award demonstrates the capability of the 365 Connect Platform to rapidly evolve and grow to meet the changing needs of the multifamily housing.”
