Restech Information Services is an IT company based in Metairie that has just announced the acquisition of Creole Technologies, another IT services provider in the region.
Creole Technologies owner Brian Schoolmeyer said the merge has been years in the making. “We are thrilled to be able to provide even better IT services to our small business customers!”
The acquisition also strengthens Restech’s technology offerings and customer support, including the company’s design expertise, hardware and software solutions and various professional services. Specifically, Restech released, it boosts the company’s managed services desk with the addition of a team of technicians and engineers.
“We’re very excited to welcome the Creole team into our family and assist our collective customers in reaching their business goals,” said Restech VP Bill Luketich. “Creole’s proven expertise in providing support to New Orleans area clients over the past 12 years will further enhance our services capabilities, expand our skill set and generate even greater business value for our customers.”
Prior to the announcement, Restech employed over 15 full time people and has revenues of an estimated $3.5 million annually.
