Monthly Baton Rouge IGDA Meeting
August 6, 2014, 7:00 PM, the Londoner, 4215 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd.
The Baton Rouge chapter of the International Game Developers Association will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, August 5, at the Londoner Baton Rouge. It’ll be a time of networking and collaborating with those who work in the digital media space in Baton Rouge, or for those who are interested in learning more about video game development in Baton Rouge. Finding the right talent can be challenging, that’s why the Tech Park is hosting representatives from Louisiana Job Connection, a new website designed to meet the talent recruitment needs of Louisiana employers. Louisiana Job Connection uses an algorithm to match employer job postings with the most qualified candidates, making finding the right employees more straightforward.
