The company has most recently received an Interactive Media Award for its Online Technology Platform, specifically its Locate, Lease and Live Technology Platform.
365 Connect says that the Platform encompasses the entire spectrum of services inside the resident lifecycle; from online marketing, leasing, managing social media, and delivering services to residents to keep them renewing leases. “The platform works on any device and delivers a fully-integrated solution for prospects, residents and property managers to transact business, access information and communicate.”
This award marks the 4th International Award the company has received for the technology platform in the last 10 months, and the 18th technology award to date.
The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) was created by the Interactive Media Council, comprised of web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web professionals, to recognize excellence in website design and development. Award finalists– individuals and organizations displaying outstanding achievement in related areas– were chosen from over 5,000 entries from 42 countries.
