Baton Rouge Software and Design Company Joins Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies List

Each year, Inc. Magazine publishes a list of the 5000 fastest growing, privately-owned companies throughout the United States. The Baton Rouge-based development and design firm Envoc came in at the number 2652 spot on the 2014 Inc. 5000 list.

EnvocEnvoc creates customized solutions, such as software services, corporate brand and web presence, and mobile application development, for its clients.

Envoc joins other companies such as Microsoft, E*Trade, GoDaddy, and Papa Johns. The rankings are based on annual revenue growth over a three year period, from March 31, 2010 to December 31, 2013. Revenue in the first measured year must have been over $200,000, and revenue in the last year must have been over $2 million.

Founded in 2004, the company now has 27 employees and two locations. Envoc experienced a 141% revenue growth from 2010 to 2013, and had a revenue of $2.4 million in 2013.

The company says that this is the most competitive compilation of businesses since Inc. started the list 33 years ago. “We’re extremely honored to make Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States,” said Calvin Fabre, Founder and President, “our motto here at Envoc is to ‘Create a better reality,’ and our growth is a reflection of our success in doing so for our clients and staff.”
