ACG Louisiana to Host ‘Louisiana’s Got Talent’ Small Business Expo on November 20

ACG LouisianaACG Louisiana is regional chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a non-profit organization, created to facilitate the networking of business professionals across Louisiana and surrounding areas. ACG is hosting its first ever Louisiana’s Got Talent small business exposition in partnership with the New Orleans Business Alliance.

The half-day expo is set to showcase small businesses in the area on November 20, 2014 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Harrah’s Hotel in New Orleans.

“These small businesses are the backbone of our economy,” a release from ACG mentions. “Exhibitors will be representative of the outstanding talent listed on ACG Louisiana’s Excellent Small Business list. The list is an integrated referral network of approved small businesses with an outstanding track record, who provide excellent goods and/or services and who have the desire and capacity to grow.”

Additionally, some of the region’s industry leaders will engage in Speed Networking sessions with the excellent small businesses.

“ACG Louisiana is excited to host this first of its kind expo,” says Scott Whittaker, co-chair of the ACG Louisiana’s Business Community Outreach Committee. “This program will help a number of talented businesses grow organically, which will benefit our local economy as a whole.”

The expo is free, and the speed networking portion is $35, including the reception.

ACG also hosts several events throughout the year, including their monthly luncheon meetings. For more information or to register, visit acg.org/louisiana/.
