Moonbot Studios has launched a new app in the Moonbeeps series called Hide & Seek, made for kids ages 6-8 and their parents. The app, created for kids who love to play and explore, is now available exclusively on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
“There are things our team at Moonbot did as kids that we do not see many children doing today, like catching fireflies or playing hide and seek outdoors. Moonbeeps are apps designed to trigger this same type of imaginative play for kids and their parents,” said Brandon Oldenburg, creative partner at Moonbot Studios.
The app is currently featured in the App Store as one of the best new games for kids ages 6-8.
A representative for the company says they will be releasing several more apps this year that will spark imaginative play not just on a mobile device, but also outside in the “real world.” Their goal is to make apps that inspire play for kids no matter what kind of technology is around.
Moonbot’s mission is to create the best books, films, apps, games, and entertainment out there. Led by award-winning artists and filmmakers William Joyce, Brandon Oldenburg, and Lampton Enochs, Moonbot previously created “Chipotle Scarecrow” for Chipotle Mexican Grill and the groundbreaking “Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore” film, app and book.
