In-Q-Tel Invests in Digital Forensics Company BlackBag Technologies

In-Q-Tel (IQT) has partnered with the digital forensics company BlackBag Technologies through a strategic investment and technology development agreement. The agreement will help drive the development of BlackBag’s forensic analysis technology.

BlackBag TechnologiesWhile still headquartered in San Jose, BlackBag co-founder Paul Jordan moved to New Orleans last year so the company has a strong presence in Louisiana (as well as Herndon, VA).

BlackBag is an industry leading provider of forensics software and training solutions for Mac and iOS. The company specifically aims to support law enforcement through their multi-platform technology that assists in investigative casework.
