New Orleans Women in Technology (WIT) will be hosting an Automated Testing Bootcamp on September 19 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm at the Propeller incubator.
New Orleans WIT exists to improve the industry landscape for women in IT.
The free bootcamp will share the basics of software QA test automation, including automation tools, automated test suite planning, automation frameworks, test implementation, and how to plan and implement QA test automation for your company.
Instructor Rebecca Snook the director of QA at New Orleans-based TurboSquid. “Having built several QA teams from the ground up,” explains New Orleans WIT, “Rebecca brings a unique expertise in carefully introducing QA teams, test strategy, automation, and manual testing into existing development workflows.”
