The Health 2.0 New Orleans meetup will be held next Wednesday, September 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center.
Health 2.0 New Orleans is dedicated to sparking healthcare innovation by connecting local interest, talent, and resources.
This time last week there were already over 70 registrants for the event.
Special guest speakers include Tanya Townsend and Paolo Zambito of LCMC Health, a Louisiana-based, not-for-profit healthcare system serving the needs of the people in the state, region and beyond.
The speakers will provide an overview of LCMC Health including the newly-opened University Medical Center, discuss the evolving role of healthcare technology in patient-centered care, and discuss how LCMC Health is addressing the challenge of population health management through its hospital affiliates.
Townsend is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at LCMC Health and Zambito is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Partner Affiliation.
