Tech Companies Top Best Places to Work

Each year, New Orleans City Business reveals the best places to work in the Crescent City.

“To compete, companies must submit extensive nomination forms disclosing workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention levels and employee advancement. The next part of the process involves a survey of company employees to measure workplace culture,” explains City Business.

A total of 50 companies were ranked, 35 honorees in the large company category (more than 50 employees) and 15 honorees in the small business category (fewer than 50 employees). A number of technology companies in New Orleans made the list.

Software development studio LookFar won the best place to work in the small business category. A representative from the company said they are so happy to see many tech and software companies on the list. LookFar
