LA New Product Development Team (LA NPDT) is a cross-functional organization of talented engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs that evolved from a student organization at Louisiana Tech in 2014.
Konstantin Dolgan created the startup with the mission of developing new products, technologies, and app and web solutions with the end goal of commercialization.
“Right now one of our projects is developing and commercializing a very interesting and ‘cool’ technology related to graphene,” said Dolgan. “We just secured a small grant and are currently bootstrapping the startup. The technology itself is backed up with a significant research and development and we have working prototypes.”

LA NPDT is working to identify, develop, and deliver results that benefit the overall economic development of Louisiana. The company is headquartered in Bossier City.
The company also offers 3D services such as printing, scanning, modeling and animation, engineering, prototyping, and CAD.
