Louisiana Hospital Association Plans Healthcare Technology Panel

The Louisiana Hospital Association is gearing up for the ninth annual Healthcare Leadership Symposium that will take place from January 31 to February 1 in Baton Rouge.

To kick off the symposium, organizers have scheduled an American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE) panel discussion focused on the critical challenges and innovative opportunities in healthcare technology.

“How Health Systems Are Using Innovation in Technology to Improve the Value of Healthcare Delivery” will be moderated by Heidi Redmond Raines, President and CEO of the healthcare technology firm Compliance Partners. Panelists include Tanya Townsend, Senior Vice President & CIO at LCMC Health, Nadine Robin, Louisiana ACO Network Operations Lead at Aledade Inc., and Laura Wilt, Senior Vice President and CIO at Ochsner Health System.

“Care delivery is transforming rapidly, and innovative approaches to technology allow for effective resource allocation for healthcare organizations,” said Raines, who will serve as moderator for the healthcare technology panel. “This important discussion will provide leaders from around the state with key trends in the industry and identify new opportunities that technology provides for guaranteeing high quality care for their patients.”

Symposium attendees will include hospital and health system leaders including CEOs, administrators, physician and nursing leaders, and other key stakeholders.
