LSU to Host Next Adobe Creative Jam in Louisiana

On March 14, Adobe Creative Cloud is inviting designers from across the Baton Rouge area to join the Creative Jam, a two-part design experience demonstrates and celebrates creativity and design.

Adobe hosts Creative Jam events all over the world. Creative Jam Baton Rouge is hosted in partnership with LSU, AIGA New Orleans, and ThreeSixtyEight.

The first section is a one-hour design showcase highlights the work of three local creative leaders, including: Ashlee Arceneaux, owner/artist, Smallchalk; Jeremy Beyt, Chief Strategy Officer, ThreeSixtyEight; and Andrew Reilley, owner, Slash Creative.

Simultaneously, student design teams will be competing in the Creative Jam tournament, a 3-hour design charrette showdown. “This event will have two categories: motion design and graphic design,” shared Adobe. “Once the Creative Jam presentations wrap, tournament participants will take the stage to share their creations with you.”

Audience members will get a chance to vote on each submission and select the People’s Choice award winner.

There is also an opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with a creative professional to get feedback on your work. To sign up for the creative review, visit tinyurl.com/creativejamreview.
