Monster Products, creators of consumer-friendly headphones, speakers, HDMI cables and power solutions, was in New Orleans last week for the launch of a new product.
Held at New Orleans’ newest hotel, The Drifter, the company debuted the Monster Ravebox, a reimagined boom box that is changing the way people are sharing and listening to music, according to the company.
Noel Lee, founder and “head monster” at Monster, hosted a series of event to celebrate the launch of the Ravebox with local influencers and those in the music industry.
“Noel Lee is an icon in the consumer electronics industry, having created the accessories category more than 35 years ago,” shared a representative for Monster. “Noel also changed the way people listened to music and disrupted the headphone category when he created the Beats headphone with Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre.”
The Ravebox features an LED light that syncs to the music playing. The indoor-outdoor speaker has up to 12 hours of playback time.
