New Orleans’ original tech meetup, Net2NO (NetSquared New Orleans), has partnered with New Orleans Toastmasters for their event to share the best tips and tricks for public speaking. Glossophobics Anonymous will take place the evening of June 1, the 75th anniversary of the Toastmasters.
“The importance of making a point has never been so prominent,” explained organizers. “These days, the ability to communicate effectively has the power to enrich both your personal and professional life, as well as influence the outside world.”
The meetup will feature one motivational speech by advanced speaker Anthony Sariol and two inspirational speeches by Rebecca Arnett and Eva Nusbaum.
