On August 4, organizers are inviting foodies, innovators and entrepreneurs for the next Assembly Required installment, Innovators in Food, taking place at the Louisiana Culinary Institute. There will be a cooking demonstration by Ryan Andre, corporate chef of City Pork Hospitality Group, as well as other speakers.

Speakers include: Bill DiPaola, president and COO of Dat Dog Enterprizes; Vanessa Lavorato, founder of cannabis confiserie Marigold Sweets; Robbie Vitrano, CEO of Good Spread and Innisfree; Mark Ramadan, co-founder of Sir Kensington’s; Elana Schulman, supervising producer of MUNCHIES; and Michael Gulotta chef at MoPho.

All Assembly Required events provide pragmatic takeaways following a fireside chat with speakers, a Q&A session, and dinner prepared by a local chef. There will be on event per quarter with the next event announcement coming soon.
