New Orleans-based IDScan.net provides ID scanning solutions to quickly and easily capture and verify an individual’s information. The company has now launched a new mobile enterprise solution for financial institutions to prevent fraud and improve customer experience.
The new tool lets customers onboard and validate IDs within seconds. “Now, for example, a bank employee or a prospective customer can use their smartphone to scan an ID and automatically complete a credit card application,” shared Denis Petrov, IDScan.net CEO. “The possibilities are endless.”
IDScan.net also offers an optional facial recognition technology, which allows clients to take a photo of themselves on the app and then compares it to the ID photo. The company’s latest tool works directly with a financial institution’s existing app or website.
