Freelance Friday is a coworking pop up that occurs at different spaces throughout cities all over the world. Entrepreneurs, freelancers, telecommuters, digital nomads, and more are invited to work for the day free of charge in the location selected each month.
Freelance Friday New Orleans is heading back to the city’s newest coworking space, The Shop, on December 15. Attendees will have access to work and enjoy the top two floors of the Contemporary Arts Center, where The Shop opened up in September.
“The Shop At The CAC is a new coworking space with an impressive portfolio of amenities, like their in-house bikesharing service and locally brewed beer on tap,” shared local Freelance Friday organizers. “Bring a laptop, book, or something else to work on and join us whenever it is convenient for you.”
The event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a happy hour to end the day featuring Urban South beer. RSVP to let them know you’re coming, and head up to the third floor when you arrive to check in.
