Just three businesses from Louisiana landed on Inc. Magazine’s third annual Best Workplaces list.
Inc. measures employee sentiments through a survey, as well as taking into account financial and nonfinancial elements of corporate culture. Two hundred and eighty-five companies ended up on the 2018 list, which was narrowed down from an original list of 1,800.
“We discovered that satisfying workplace philosophies are even more important than generous policies,” Inc. revealed.
Baton Rouge-based IT Services company ITinspired was the only tech company from the state on the list.
“Our company culture fosters a team building, positive learning, and comfortable environment that attracts top talent and driven individuals,” shared the ITinspired team.
Marketing firm MESH(r) and construction company Palmisano also made the list of best workplaces.
